I love how it feels like no one cared on here (except Greg/GuruTiger) that November 2nd was my 21st birthday. Good to know how many friends I have....*facepalm* It's been a while since I last wrote one of these, so I thought I would share that important little factoid. No I did not get completely blitzed, yes I did drink. Yes it was my first time really drinking, considering various sips of Manachevitz (or however it's spelled) REALLY doesn't count. Ask any Jew. It's closer to grape flavored cough syrup then actual wine. I went to Universal Studios with my boyfriend and a really good friend. I invited 15 people, and they were the only two that could make it. Cest La Vie. It was fun though, since my parents gave me balloons that said Happy Birthday on them, and I attached them to my purse. Thus, the entire park was wishing me a happy birthday. By the way, and I learned this the hard way, Rule number 107 of being 21 is that you can't drink on an empty stomach. I had a bombom martini shot and a REALLY big strawberry daquiri before I had breakfast. Albeit, it was 1pm, so it wasn't quite breakfast time anymore, but still. Oops. My boyfriend said that while I was tipsy, I was laughing at everything and dancing badly. I would like to put out there that I am not necessarily a bad dancer....just slightly impaired?..... Meh. It was fun.

I've been commissioned (kind of) to make costumes for the midnight release of the movie. Kind of nervous, because I've never made a complete costume from scratch before. I've cut stuff up, but never made something from scratch. I'm really excited. We'll see how it works out.

I've refound all my bases that I collected over the years, and some of the dolls I made with them. Now to get the rest of the stuff off of my other computers, if they still work. >_< But yes, does anyone know what happened to The Underground forum? So many of them are closing, and the Gathering made me pay to participate. The Underground, Tequila Sunrise, Dollie Diner, and a bunch of others are just gone. And so many of the sites I used to frequent! Gah. Anyway, if anyone remembers the links, they would be much appreciated.

I've decided/come to a revelation that there are three kinds of guys. There are the sticks, the rocks, and the teddy bears. Now, sticks are usually very tall and very skinny. They are fun to play with, but not so good for anything else. The rocks are hard, muscled, and usually don't talk that often. Rocks are also very nice to look at. However, it is the teddy bears that every girl needs to keep in mind. Teddy bears are good for hugging and cuddling. They are there when you need to cry. They are usually big and fluffy and very very soft. A rock is not so good for holding you. It won't hug you, and the hardness of a rock just hurts.
